Kotoki is a Brand, Waifu and Meme Token inspired by Tron, The Hunger Games, Blade Runner, The Matrix, Cyberpunk, Ghost in the Shell and Ready Player One . It targets the Asian retailers, anime, and gaming audience through world-building, community sharing, collaboration, contributions, and the sale of real-world products under the Kotoki Brand.

Blue-light City is a character in its own right. The city is divided into sections that replace themselves after a period of time, with ever-adapting scenery transitioning from shimmering beauty to dark, cold, and ominous. New residents of Blue-light City will have to survive the never-ending gauntlet of the revolving city by fleeing or fighting with weapons and abilities against enemies such as the bounty-hunters called "Snipers," the militant government from the green sector called "The SEC," criminals called "Ruggers," and even some of their fellow residents called “Jeeters“. Once they successfully survive and accumulated wealth, the resident may reach their new home: the dazzling chromatic market city called "The Oasis," where they will be immortalized and inducted into the halls of champions and will have access to the rarest items and luxuries that they desire from the wealth they accumulated from Blue-Light City.
